The Agreement
By using our website and comparison technology you are agreeing to these terms and conditions so that we can deliver quotations for card processing services from our suppliers. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use our website.
Our service
We provide an online price comparison engine, designed to save you time and money when it comes to reviewing your card processing services. We provide details of products but do not offer advice or make recommendations. We will ask questions to source quotations from suppliers, but you will need to make your own choice about how to proceed. For each quotation we source, we will provide you with an estimate of the monthly cost based solely on the inputs you have provided and rates provided by our suppliers. Our suppliers have contractually agreed with us to honour these rates to you but in the unlikely event that you find otherwise, then please contact us and we will investigate. Because our quotations are estimates based on your inputs then the actual cost may vary if the number or value of card transactions actually processed by you, or the type of card or method of capture, varies from your inputs. Our comparison engine caters for the vast majority of card processing costs that a UK business will incur, however it is not exhaustive. For example chargebacks, refunds or international cards are not included in our input form and their cost will not be included in the estimates we provide (albeit where possible we aim to provide supplementary information as to the level of any costs which are specifically not included in our quotes). Our suppliers’ Terms and Conditions should provide full and comprehensive detail of all charges to which you may be liable.
After completing the input form via our website, you agree that you will receive further emails from us. These emails will welcome you to our service, provide a summary of your quotes and remind you of expiration of your quotations. Should you select a supplier via our website we will also email you periodically to update you on any change in the status of your application.
